About PECO II

John G. Heindel

President and CEO, Chairman

John Heindel became Chairman of the Board for PECO II in June 2006, and President and CEO in July of 2005. Mr. Heindel has been a member of the company's board of directors since July 2005.

Prior to joining PECO II, Mr. Heindel spent 22 years at AT&T and Lucent Technologies. His leadership was marked by successful efforts in starting up Lucent Worldwide Services, recognized today as one of the industry's most valued network solutions integrators, and leading the operational units that built one of the largest telecommunications infrastructure projects ever in a single project – located in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Heindel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Monmouth College. He earned an M.S. degree in management from Stanford University, where he was a Sloan fellow. He earned his CPA in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Heindel and his wife Susan have two young sons.

Sandra A. Frankhouse

Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary

Sandra A. Frankhouse joined PECO II's finance department in 1988, and has since played important roles in shaping the company's strategy and in nurturing its growth from a start-up enterprise. She became CFO in 2003 and has been the company's treasurer since 1997 and its secretary since 1998. In 2002, Ms. Frankhouse was named VP of customer care. Earlier, she held positions as VP and Controller, and as Director of Accounting.

Ms. Frankhouse handled all financial aspects of PECO II's 2000 initial public offering, about which a CBS MarketWatch.com observer commented, "This is one of the cleanest IPO's I've ever reviewed."

Ms. Frankhouse earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Science in education from Central Michigan University.

Jacquie L. Boyer

Vice President, Sales

Jacquie Boyer brings strong experience in sales management, large account planning, customer and market analysis, strategic account planning, and building successful sales relationships to her responsibilities as Vice President of Sales. In this position, she leads PECO II’s efforts to serve customer needs and improve business performance.

Ms. Boyer came to PECO II in 2006 from ADC, a leading telecommunications enterprise, where she most recently served as Director of Sales for global OEM customers. Previous positions also include Director of Sales for Global Account Strategy, National Accounts and National Channel Manager. Prior to ADC, Ms Boyer held a number of senior sales and business development positions in manufacturing organizations and has over 18 years sales and marketing experience.

She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in business and psychology from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls and resides in Eden Prairie, MN with her husband and three children.

Kevin Borders

Vice President, Marketing and Product Development

Kevin Borders joined PECO II in 2005 as VP of Marketing and Product Development. Mr. Borders has 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including key leadership positions in sales, marketing, product management and strategic planning.

Most recently, Mr. Borders was President of Omnova Consulting, Ltd., which provided business development and technical marketing services to telecom companies. Previously, he spent 15 years with Marconi/RELTEC in various leadership positions including VP of North American Regional Marketing, VP of Strategic Sales and Marketing, and VP of Market Development.

Mr. Borders holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA in corporate finance from the University of Dallas. Mr. Borders and his wife Belinda have three children.

Tony McIntosh

Vice President, Operations

Tony McIntosh, VP of Operations, applies more than 20 years of quality assurance and business experience in helping to improve PECO II's operations. He joined the company as Director of Quality in 2001, was promoted to VP of Power Systems in 2002, and was named to his current position in 2005.
Before joining PECO II, Mr. McIntosh spent 12 years as Quality Assurance/Test Lab Manager with Sargent & Greenleaf, Inc. Previously, he owned and managed all facets of a business involved in system design and installation of security and fire alarms, central music intercoms, telephone, internal video, and central vacuum systems, and also worked as a quality inspector for Trane Company.
